It’s a cute, lovely hotel. We got to Seoul early and were able to leave our bags while we wandered around before check-in. The breakfast was great and the dining area is lively and it is fun to see the guests from all over the world. Wish we had stayed for more than one night.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our first time visiting Seoul! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were by far the highlight of our stay. The street and surrounding area of the hotel is a little bit average however (a bit dirty and seedy). Our room was okay, generally clean. Breakfast was very average. We used their laundry service which was good.

everything is nearby, easy transport from the hotel, staff are on desk almost all of the time, laundry is available, the only thing id have to complain about which is just being picky is that the sheets werent washed when we asked for the room to be made up and the shower leaked into the bathroom a bit, also we paid extra for the deluxe double room with a city view and we were facing a brick wall - other than that it was absolutely amazing, we stayed for two weeks and would go back again!
