My room was leaking from the ceiling after we checked in. The hotel was very apologetic and sent a repair man to fix it immediately. They offered complimentary breakfast to us as a token of inconvenience.

I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
