Housekeeper was awesome. The place was very spacious and clean. I loved how accommodating they were. Anytime we called front desk for help or for towels/Toilet paper, they came up immediately. Overall, great place and service. FYI - If you’re coming from the Chungmurro train and using gps on your phone, if it takes you up a red brick road, do not keep walking. This path is very slopes and hard to walk up with luggage. There is a much easier way to get to hotel, keep walking on the main road (pass the red brick road) and to your left there will be a police station - take a left there and keep walking and you will see the hotel after a few mins to your left.

The staff was amazing. The room was spacious, the shared kitchen was helpful. There’s a kitchen sink in the room which was nice. There is room for improvement in the washroom area however. The tub placing is such that it’s hard to avoid getting the floor wet when you shower, and there’s black spots on the walls and tub that are questionable.

Our room was swichedfrom two bdrm two bathroom to one bathrm. The two single beds innone room was so squished we had no place to leave our suitcases no closet no space they went into living room, Glad we had one. There were bugs and mosquitos everywhere yet the windows didnt open. We stayed one noght and left instead of stayong the 5 nights. Dont recommened this place until its debugged and they are truthful about reservations.

I really like the front desk, they were so helpful and professional. I wish I could give this hotel all 5 stars, but bumper to the room condition. It is very old and moldy, it smells so bad in the room and bathroom has lots of mold. I understand Korea is very humid, but please upgrade your room, perharps have air purifier / install better ventilation in the bathroom. I really enjoyed the location (safe, quite, convenience...etc)

I'm really happy with our stay here. The room is clean and well equipped for people who want to stay for long. Aside from the basics, it has a full kitchen with glass stove, pot and pans, tableware for two and dishsoap, kettle, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dining table with four chairs, air purifier. It has washer and drying rack. The place is quiet and secure. It's almost next door to Namsangol Nanok Village and short bus ride to N Seoul Tower. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They even came help with tv menu past mid-night. The daily cleaning service is great. The hotel's large backdoor three levels below the front door is an easy access to the main street and public transit. It's saves us from having to hike up the mountain. I only wish that the card access for this door is all day instead of only after 23:30.
