I Would not return

The location is unbeatable – at the heart of Myeongdong, at the foot of the trail to Mt. Namsan, and two minutes from a metro station. The hotel itself is quite depressing. The room was small and dark (the big window overlooked the hotel's corridor, which is why the curtains stayed down throughout my stay). All the lights are controlled by a panel by the bed, which is quite uncomfortable. The bathroom's design reminded me of my military service. The TV has only two channels in English, and neither of them was particularly interesting. The staff is nice, but the one time I needed assistance (asking them where I could buy earphones around), they seemed quite helpless (honestly, that wasn't a hard question – there was an Artbox shop seven minutes from the hotel). To sum up, there are many hotels in the neighborhood, and I'm sure that at least some of them are better than the Pacific. I enjoyed the area a lot but not my stay at the hotel.

Politely clean and quite experience

Amazingly clean and well- managed! If you are looking for a quiet, clean, and secure place that's close to Myung-Dong, this is the place. The hotel locked its door nightly from 11pm-5:30am to ensure safety and emphasizes the comfort and enjoyment of guests by encouraging others to keep quiet. There is also a policy that no outside guest is allowed to stay the night which is a plus!

Very easy access to the nearby night market and shopping area. The hotel was refurbished and pretty clean. Very easy check-in and out. Perfect for a short trip when you need a good night sleep having been out and about all day.

Great location! Myeongdong shopping area is just across the road and there are many buses (including Airport Limousine Bus) that will connect you to other parts of Seoul. Room was clean and staff were very nice. Laundry facilities at Basement 1.

Great location. Easy walking to all the Myeongdong attractions. We had the deluxe twin with a full size bed and a twin. The room was a good size with a long counter and bench seating around the perimeter. It was a nice setup. Unfortunately our AC did not work the first night and they were unable to get someone to fix it but did bring us a fan. When they still couldn’t get it fixed the next day they finally moved us to an upgraded room. Very thankful for that because that first night was hot! Loved that they had both EU and US plugs in the room. They do have self laundry in the basement but it is pricey… 15000 KRW per cycle so 30000 to wash and dry just one load.

The only thing i didnt like was the card needing to be in the slot for all the lights and the toilet other than that it was an amazing stay with wonderful front desk Lee Boreum so so nice she help us get a taxi and was very patient with us not understanding the language perfectly. I would stay here again.

Location is great! Very close to the subway station and across the road from the busy and lively Myeongdong street markets, shops and restaurants. Everything you need is right there. Our room was clean and fairly big which is not like typical hotel rooms in Asia. Front desk and housekeeping were good and prompt too. Would stay here again.
