Family trip to tour South Korea and this place was our first stop. Upon check-in, we were given free shopping bags and small cute bags as complimentary. Location of this place is extremely good, the staff were very good, and the luggage storage was nice of them to hold for almost a week for us while we head down to Busan. Facilities were bit on the older side and washroom shower pressure could use a bit of improvement. Nonetheless, a 4 star review.

The basin is choke, and water flow is very slow. The shower area is choke and water flow is very, very slow. The toilet bowl is choke, and water overflows. It is a very bad experience staying in this hotel for our first trip to Seoul. We asked for a change of room in the 2nd night. It is a very, very terrible experience I have with a hotel, which is supposed to be of a certain standard. It is very disappointing with this hotel. I thought this should be a good hotel under Wyndham group? I have lost confidence and will not stay in this hotel anymore. Even my 12yo boy finds it to be a terrible hotel. Our whole family of 4 are very disappointed with this hotel. We will not stay again in this hotel. Never!

Very old, facilities is bad

There is no place to hang clothed in the washroom, smell bad, uncontrollable water temperature, towel need to replace , it already grey in color and some worn out! Did not change bed sheet, my daughter stain on it and it is the same when we back! Spacious and large triple room is only good thing we can count!

could not wait to leave.

The room was big but in a horrible condition. I would expect the furnitures to be at least in a well maintained condition but it was not. The table top had TERRIBLE LOOKING scratches that the hotel management did not even both to replace. The Toilet was had lots of rusty part, moulds and even hair stuck near e tap. Bath area was not function as water could seep to e sink area after one shower making it extremely unsafe for young children. Shower water was either extremely cold or extremely hot. My kids got scalded when they turned on the tap when it was positioned to the cold side. They need you to pay for extra pillows when the pillow was too flat for our liking. Bedsheets had stained and were not changed although we asked for it to be changed when the room was made up. If you do not mind all these, the location is great. Near the airport bus stop, you could walk to dongdaemun and even myeongdong.

The room is clean, comfortable and big. The location is easy-accessed. Near Dongdaemun station and airport bus station. The staff are polite with smiley faces.

good for value, but not for romantic break away

the staff were polite and professional enough to be called "good'. The location wasn't too far away from the center of Dongdaemoon and within a few mins, you can access some bus stops and train stations that lead you to anywhere. The room price was cheap for the brand Ramada so I would say this stay was cost effective and would recommend here for those who look for business trips or budget stay. However, the big minus comes right here..room cleanliness..hairs on floor where you take off your shoes and bathroom floor. The little ceiling fan at the kitchen area was just covered with lots of dust and dust..the tv remote was too sticky to touch. I didn't bring this up to the team in person but I think regardless of hotel brands, room rate, etc, room cleanliness should be always priority that all hotels need to put first..but overall, it was a okay stay.

A good Hotel to Stay

1. Location is close to one of the Eulijro 4 subway enter. just 1 min walk on the right hand side walk out from the main door.The underground subway got lots of shop mostly is selling sport jersey. 2. There is few night market close to the hotel. The receptionist will guide you the way to the night market. 3. The receptionist is very friendly, they will greet you everytime i walk pass them. 5 out of 5 star given to those friendly receptionist. 4. The room space is large compare to other hotel but condition need to upgrade as it get old look. 5. Overall stay is good.

Value for money

Location is good near to the airport bus, close to few subway line, gwangjang market, Dongdaemun. Spacious room, ample walking space with 2 big luggage opened up. Only thing to be improve is the hot water in shower, it gets cold on & off.

Excellent hotel

Great location. Friendly staff. They even upgraded my room free of charge. I’ve been staying at this hotel last three years whenever I go to Seoul. Never been disappointed. Front desk personnels are always ready to help your questions and requests. Very professional, +speak English.
