What differentiates top rated hotels is not the property as much as the staff. The Plaza front desk staff was incredibly helpful in making arrangements and following up. I had a wonderful experience staying at the Plaza. Staffs are helpful and go above and beyond. The hotel is located near city hall and walking distances to malls, shops, restaurants and public transportation. I highly recommend using the airport limousine bus service.
