The original room was tight and dark. Two double beds were pushed together to make a king-sized bed. The bed was very stiff. The tub was small, requiring a little more care getting in and out. There was a shallow closet, about 1ft deep; no drawers to put things away. The building next door looms close. I was on the 3rd floor. So, there was very little natural light. The staff was very accommodating, and moved me to a larger room, facing a different direction. There was no closet here, but the additional room made it easier to keep things from being too cluttered.

We enjoyed our stay at the Prima Hotel Jongno. It was a very central location with bus stops right outside the hotel and 2 subway stations within 6 minutes walk. A lot of attractions or markets were within a 15 to 30 minute walk as well. We had a superior room which was a nice size and very clean. The shower was spacious but the bathroom itself was small with not much space between the toilet and sink/counter. I found the bed a little on the hard side. The staff were helpful and courteous. There is a small laundry and a small lounge with a drink vending machine and a microwave. Also a computer and printer. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was fantastic. Room was a bit tight but that’s expected at this price point with the central Seoul location. Breakfast buffet was a well appointed bargain. Staff was super helpful and attentive.
