We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — Gyeongbokgung Palace is just a short walk away, and Ikseon-dong and Insadong are only a few minutes on foot. We were able to visit so many places easily without needing transportation. The room was very clean and always smelled fresh after housekeeping. The entire hotel felt well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Prima Hotel Jongno for a month (last year for 30 days too). I love the location, the staff is helpful if you have a question and it’s close to the bus and subway station. Will stay here when I visit Seoul again!

Excellent location, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Rooms were very clean and well kept. The Korean food breakfast was unexpectedly good. 2 small detractors: our room was extremely small and the bed was extremely large - it was hard to actually access both sides of the bed given the room's size. Also, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so after a shower the entire room became extremely humid.

The staff is the only reason I gave it a five. Lee at the reception is amazing and very accommodating. He went out of his way to speak to our taxi driver about transportation arrangements. The room is clean but could use some improvement. The room is average but Lee is great.
