Well plus guest house

Good location close to all the action in Myeongdong. Reasonable price, self-service breakfast (got a little boring after 3 days), a convenient base for exploring the city.

Self serve guesthouse, reception is not onsite if you're looking for info or assistance. Clean room with no daily housekeeping, new towels provided daily for self serving. A bit pricy for the room. Great location to subway.

Great accomodation

The owner and staff were very accomodating. The breakfast is simple but amount is very generous. The room is good for group of 5 as we had our own kitchen and utensils to cook our own food.

詐欺なのでは？最悪です

最悪なゲストハウスです。本当に営業しているのでしょうか？友人との旅行で利用するため、予約しました。 手荷物預かりサービスとあったためこのゲストハウスを予約したのに、正午ごろ行ったところ入り口に鍵がかかっており、無人。偶然居合わせた別の女性グループも困惑していました。結局荷物は預けられませんでした。 ２時間後、再度向かったところ丁度人が出てきたため、予約を確認してもらおうと聞いたところ、笑いながら「うちはホテルズドットコムとは契約していないから予約はできないはずだ。今日は満室だから泊まれない」と言われました。予約番号の記載されたメールをみせて番号で確認するように何度頼んでも、カードで決済済の文面を見せても「予約は入ってない。ホテルズドットコムに問い合わせてくれ」の一点張り。 らちがあかないので仕方なくメールでホテルズドットコムに確認してもらったところ、「やはり予約は入っていた。満室ではなかった」との連絡がきました。人を馬鹿にしているのでしょうか？確認もせず、こちらに非があると言わんばかりの態度で追い返しておいて、謝罪もなくやっぱり間違っていました。はどう考えてもおかしいですよね？ 料金は支払い済みだったため、予約がされているなら…ということで、そのゲストハウスに滞在しようか、という結論になりました。しかし、夜に入り口へ行ったところ、入り口に鍵がかかっていました。ビル全体の明かりも消えており、何度ノックしても返事がありませんでした。誰か人がいるような気配も感じませんでした。連絡しようにも、海外で通話機能が利用できないためどうしようもできず……真っ暗な中30分以上待ちましたが、これ以上待っていては別のホテルへ移動が難しくなるため、ここでの宿泊は諦めました。夜の海外で、宿泊するはずのホテルが開かず、路頭に迷うかもしれない状況に追い込まれました。 重い荷物をもちながら観光し、ホテルと駅を何度も往復し、予約が入っていると言われたり無いと言われたり、かなりの無駄な時間とお金を消費しました。代わりに宿泊したホテルの代金や移動費もすべて請求したいくらいです。最低最悪のゲストハウスですね。 夜中に海外で路頭に迷いたくなければ、このゲストハウスに宿泊しないことが賢明です。今後韓国へ行くことがあったら、何が起ころうともこのゲストハウスには二度と、絶対に泊まりません。楽しいはずの旅行が全て台無しになりました。皆様もお気をつけください。

地理位置超级方便，明洞地铁三号口，离购物的地很近，吃的也多方便，老板也好。但是房间真的很小很小，WiFi也不是很好，三个人一个走都没连上wifi,一个用的公共WiFi，一个连的别的房间的，很郁闷。吃早餐还要从2号店到一号店走一截，所以去了也从来没吃过。为了省钱是不错的选择

原來Jun House已換了老闆並已改名，初初到達時遇以為自己走錯路或是被騙了！ 此民宿老闆和老闆娘人都很差，感覺只計較金錢，並沒有想像中那樣有人情味。

此民宿已不存在。由NungMaru Guesthouse II 接收。 第一天(第一次預定) 之前我們已電郵通知我們乘坐的航班和時間。 當我們千辛萬苦到接待室辧理入住時，老闆說sorry,你們預定的單人床雙房出了狀況,現只有一單間,睡地板再加一床墊。在深夜時分,我們2位大媽無奈只好接受,因仍有第二次預定。 第2次預定3晚,尚可接受。但要忍受厠所臭味,當你留在房間時都要忍受。 房間被套乾淨。近明洞方便。

Jun guesthouseで予約したがNungmaru guesthouseに泊まった。

Jun guesthouseで予約したがNungmaru guesthosueに泊まることになった。Jun Guesthouseが閉鎖されたらしい。Nungmaruは施設もいいしスタッフもフレンドリーで居心地がよかった。シャワーのお湯が出なかったが、次の日調べてくれて修理屋さんを呼んで直してくれた。オンドルの使い方を教えてほしかった。

午夜出地鐵步幾分鐘到達整齊清潔的酒店，行李有升降機運上樓，不用搬上樓梯，不大的簡約房間，已反映在便宜的價格上；酒店老闆是韓國人非常友善，另有員工識講廣東話，亦感份外親切，不錯的選擇

ห้องพักน่ารักมาก สะอาดมากๆด้วยเช่นกัน เรานอนเป็นห้องใหญ่ 5 เตียง ห้องกว้างขวาง วางกระเป๋าเดินทาง 5 ใบแล้วยังเหลือที่ให้เดินสบายๆ มีห้องน้ำในตัวแต่ไม่มีสายชีดชำระแบบบ้านเรา มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นให้ ไปตอนหนาวๆ รับรองว่าอาบน้ำได้แน่นอน

離明洞車站很近,大致上房間還算清潔,但是房間隔音上還會聽到隔壁的雜聲,而老闆娘很有善,令我們有家的感覺,總括是值得推薦的
