Perfect for travelers from Terminal 1. The hotel accommodated my late check in then upgraded my room to 9th floor plus free buffet breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. The buggy ride to and fro the hotel and KLIA was convenient and fun! Short stay for me but sweet!

Great airport location, modern, good food

We were in and out of KL a couple times due to flights to other places and this is a fabulous airport hotel. (KL also great, but have explored before). An AMAZING breakfast of countless food varieties (pan Asian, Euro, American, etc). They do offer an indoor shuttle service via golf cart type rigs and even we, with small roller bags and being avid walkers, hopped on. It's a long ride.... All staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We'd stay again anytime.

Great location, lovely staff, nice restaurants, spacious rooms. The only suggestion I would give is to pay more attention to cleanliness. Having unpleasant stains on cushions and chair is a real put off.

There is plenty to like and nothing comes to mind for dislikes. We are only staying overnight and the link between the airport terminals and the hotel is all covered and mostly air conditioned. We are OAP’s and it’s any easy walk but there are also transport buggies.

Convenient stay but possibly not returning

Good convenient hotel for KLIA and KLIA2, stayed a few times now but pool area due to undergo refurb so lots of workmen preparing the areas. Got charged additional nearly £40 to use the shower to freshen up before flight which was dirty and not worth it. Put me off returning in the future

I stayed overnight at the hotel after a long flight from London as I had to catch a flight the following day to Hanoi. Not a typical airport hotel. It is actually above my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is impressive, the buggy to and from T1 arrival terminal is convenient and the staff was excellent. The gym and pool looks good. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable with sufficient room for me to do a mat (borrowed from the gym) pilates workout in the morning before my flight. The downside is the AC which was not working well. I had the temperature down as far as I could but the room still did not feel sufficiently cool. Shame as otherwise, it would have received a much higher rating.
