It’s the peninsula—-not many options. This was fine. Good breakfast. Kind nice employees. Clean. The bed was too soft and lumpy, room temperature difficult to control. Shower with mold. It was fine.

The lavender growing everywhere was beautiful. The town was nice and clean. The staff on duty at the Ocean Star Inn were very helpful in giving suggestions on restaurants.

The Bed (& Sequim) are heaven!

Sequim is beautiful!!!---but lets talk about their bed first.. I literally felt like i was sleeping on a cloud! The cable single was pretty spotty & often froze but this bed made up 4 it! The breakfast was ok but they luckily had a Keurig--so we had a chance to use our Kcups we picked up along the way. The neighborhood was quiet & felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff. The rooms appear to be recently updated, but some parts the age still shows, such as stains in the bath tub and trims. Other than that the rooms are generally clean. The breakfast is a pleasant surprise, was expecting continental but they also have a great selection including waffles, pancakes, eggs and bacon. Overall a cute hotel thats well priced and conveniently located.

Ocean Star Inn is a Gem

The bed was amazing! The room (except the Tub) was updated and comfortable. People above me a tad loud - but nothing that ear plugs for sleeping (which I take everywere anyways) couldn't fix. BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME!. Excellent value for price in the area.

Rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel is a bit older so the walls are thin for morning noise, but overall a safe, nice place. It felt family owned and well cared for. Would stay there again.

The staff were so friendly, the room was huge and spotless. The location was excellent. We were there for a dog show in town. They are super pet friendly. Dog cookies on check in, wonderful place to walk dogs. Only issue is was pet rooms are only downstairs. I asked for an upstairs room but was (seriously) nicely told that the second floor was only non-pet. And of course the people above me walked back and forth non-stop from 8 pm until after 11 pm! I even turned on a sound machine and the fan on the air but It was like they were going to fall through the ceiling. I would LOVE to stay there again (I'm up there a lot for family) but will not because of the noise.

Kind and clean, but noisy and no sleep.

Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, noise in the room above us kept us awake most of the night. This was noise of moving furnishings.
