A detached apartment on the property is occupied by a long-term tenant, ensuring the surrounding acreage remains well maintained while preserving your privacy. Guests have access to the main house, fenced backyard, patio, and the paved and gravel areas surrounding the home. Please note that Sequoia Grove is located on a working farm. To protect crops and support ongoing land management, guests should not walk through the fields during the spring and summer growing seasons. A detached apartment located to the left of the main house is occupied by a long-term tenant. We kindly ask that guests respect their privacy and refrain from approaching the apartment or using the areas immediately surrounding it.
