This modest yet comfortable house offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 3 levels with garden and 2 hectares of private forest.

All is included in the price- hot water, wifi, electricity.

Two spacious terraces in the front and back-of the house, close to 40m2 each , barbecue, paella dish, basketball hoop, trampoline...in the summer also jacuzzi and over ground pool- available depending on the weather.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

The house is spread over 3 levels with medium level being the main one.

Ground level has a separate entrance and contains one large room with double bed and sofa, one small bedroom either singe or with two single beds and one shower room with toilet.

Mid level has a large living space with a fireplace and massive U shape sofa, kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and two large terraces.

Top floor has two large bedrooms with double bed each and one bathroom with toilet to share between them.

4G wifi Internet is available but no live TV unless you stream it from your laptop/phone.

Private access to the property directly from the main road- Route Napoleon.
There is around 200m. private drive- not f great quality but fine for the moment- any car (maybe apart from Ferrari) can make it and we are working on improving it.

We will be contactable during your stay. If we are not available to come on request we have a friendly host living 10 minutes away who will assist you if needed.

The house is neighbored by the forest. Most of the year there is no neighbors at all. In the summer there is a lady who brings her horses to the next plot but she is rarely there and her cabin is not visible from our house.

Car is needed. House is located just off the main road in the valley. The drive may be challenging for low suspension cars.

The stairs inside the house are quite steep. Elderly guests or small children will manage but should be very careful.

Pool and jacuzzi are seasonal only and will be available weather permitting (e. jacuzzi will not be available if average temperature at night drops below 10 degrees- which usually happens second half of September)
