The Serengeti National Park lies in a protected ecosystem that spans northern Tanzania. The area includes approximately 30,000 square km of land, inclusive of the park and a number of game reserves. This UNESCO heritage park was named in the local Maasai language for its vast grasslands, translating to “endless plains.” Although the region is known for its sweeping, grassy plains, it is rich in diverse habitats that range from riverine forests and woodlands to swamps and kopjes.

The Singing Grass has just four luxury safari tents, ensuring each guest has an intimate experience. At the end of the night, retreat to your tent tucked among a private patch of the savannah. Sink into your plush bed and fall asleep to the songs of cicadas and grasshoppers.

HOW TO REACH US: Flights from Arusha to Serengeti – Seronera are usually conducted by small Cessna planes, the "workhorse" of the African bush. This is widely used throughout Africa, and is the aircraft most past travellers would associate with an African fly-in safari experience. The plane can carry between 9 to 13 passengers. Travellers also get to see beautiful lands and scenes of the Ngorongoro conservation area during the flight.

The Seronera airstrip is also a unique attraction because it’s bushtop airstrip and it’s not like other airports.
