Great hotel, the food options were extensive, well varied and had great options everyday. Very nice swimming pool and gym. Friendly staff and a free shuttle to the beach everyday. Location right opposite to Land of Legends so good for shopping and retail shops.

Leider kamen wir am Tag Eröffnung was wir selbst nicht wussten, wir wurden zwar sehr gut empfangen aber ein Pool und die wasserrutschen waren geschlossen 2 Tage genau so wie das Gym und das spa der Indoor Pool war auch 3 Tage geschlossen und somit konnten wir nicht das nutzen was eigentlich angeboten wurde. Der Strand ist kein privat Strand nur die liegen und das kleine Restaurant gehört zum Hotel daher war es am Strand dreckig und sehr überfüllt man hat sich wirklich unwohl gefühlt. An sich das Angebot an Entertainment war sehr gut da hat sich das Personal wirklich Mühe gegeben, das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker, das Aussehen und Konzept des Hotels ist eigentlich sehr gut. Aber leider hat es noch keine Stabilität die swimup Zimmer und so weiter existieren noch garnicht. Also man kann vor Ort kein Upgrade buchen falls man das vor hat. Im Großen und Ganzen würd ich nicht nochmal kommen. Und es auch nicht weiter empfehlen. Sehr schade.
