Ground Floor
On the ground floor there is a well-decorated spacious living room leading into the veranda where you can enjoy lounge chairs and bench.
There is a bathroom and well-designed open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge/ freezer and everything else necessary for dining in. The living room is equipped with a FULL HD TV with the satellite receiver offering many international and local channels. In addition, there is a ground heating system, which enables our guests to enjoy the warm atmosphere in the winter season.
First Floor
There are two bedrooms, one is with double bed (160x200) and the other has a daybed which can be convertible to a double comfortable bed. Both rooms have plenty of wardrobe space. In this level there is also a large bathroom with a bath tub.
Second floor
The second floor has a spacious bed/living room with a convertible double sofa which makes our villa convenient for large groups.

Outdoor Activities: The area offers many outdoor activities such as fishing, sailing, biking, horse riding, golf, go-kart, watersports, beachsports and waterpark. VILLA ESMA is only 20 minutes away from HIP-NOTICS Cable Ski Park where you can make the most of a wide range of watersports. The Park, the lakes of which cover approximately 90,000 square meters of the property’s total land area of about 200,000 square meters, is an internationally known wakeboard destination with year round operation. It offers wake boarding, wake skating, mono skiing, water skiing, kneeboarding, disk skiing and jump skiing, for riders of all levels!

Access: Bus stop is closely located. Car is not necessary but advised to explore the surrounding areas.

There is a well designed open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge/ freezer and everything else necessary for dining in. The living room is equipped with a FULL HD TV with satellite receiver offering many universal and local channels. In addition, there is a ground heating system designed for the whole villa. Wireless Internet connection is available throughout the entire place.

Guests have access to a 40sqm shared pool and a 10sqm kids pool.

Upon your arrival we will meet you at the rental, check-you in, give you the keys and tell you about the neighborhood and the whole area for orientation and tips.

We will be also assisting you closely during your stay in case of any needs or emergency.

For environmental reason we limit the daily electricity allowance to 7kwH. Consumption above is charged at a rate of 0,2€/kwH.

The pool is shared with 6 other units and is 20 away from the villa.

House rules:
To ensure a pleasant stay for you and our neighbors, please keep the following in mind:

Quiet Hours: As we are in a residential area, please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors.

Electricity: To support our eco-friendly goals, we include 7 kWh/day. Usage above this is 0,2€/kWh.

BBQ: Please clean the BBQ after use to avoid a 20€ cleaning fee.

Pool: Access is between 9 am – 7 pm. Please shower before entering, and ensure children are supervised.

Gardener: Our gardener visits weekly (usually after 6 pm on weekdays or during the day on weekends). Let us know if you prefer specific days!

This villa offers its guests a hot tub. The front desk is open around the clock.
