Beautiful Duplex apartment of 78m2 with three bedrooms, one of which is a semi-mezzanine upstairs (you have the possibility on prior request to arrange the beds in each bedroom with 1 bed of 180cm or 2 beds of 90cm), a fully equipped kitchen (Refrigerator, Induction hob, Electric oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee maker, Toaster) semi-open to the living room, a bathroom with shower and WC and a terrace of 18m2 equipped with a barbecue.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of the residence, it is fully air-conditioned and equipped with wifi.
We are located in the countryside and close to the beach and the small seaside resort of Porto-Pollo with all shops and activities.
