Excellent!!

Stunning villa in an amazing location. The pool is wonderful and was heated to 26 degrees while we stayed end if May. The wine cellar at your dispose (for extra payment) was a luxury and delicious.

Wonderful property in a quiet rural location. The pool is fantastic. Aircon worked great at keeping the villa cool on the hot days/nights. Only 15-20mins to Beziers centre but with small village close by with all amenities. Hosts were fantastic and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

Wonderful experience!

The home, the hosts and the location are superb+++... so great that we extended our stay! The house is open, airy and immaculate; tasteful, thoughtful design, with top-quality fittings and finishes and some lovely, surprising touches. Refined and relaxed; supremely peaceful. There are amazing views across miles (and miles!) of vineyards and pastures on rolling hills, with distant mountains all along one side and the picturesque church spire and sandy-colored cluster of Servian on another. We have too many pictures to count of stunning sunrises over the town
 The jewel of a pool puts you in the water with unique views through the vine rows and beyond, soaked in sunlight. With easy drives we were able to be on Mediterranean beaches, at unforgettable UNESCO heritage natural and man-made sites, and back to the house for lots of leisure pool time. Easily reached Servian and Beziers have all the services one could need. And there’s not enough we can say about what amazing hosts Nicolas and Virginie were. All the way from booking, to our extending of our stay, to our departure, they were incredibly responsive, charming, and gracious. A question or request was answered – no kidding – in minutes. They could rent a canvas tent to you and make it a fantastic experience! Certainly among the top vacation rental experiences we’ve had. A lucky find and we’re grateful!

Sehr schöne gepflegte Villa inmitten von Rebbergen

Das Haus besticht durch eine moderne und grosszĂŒgige Ausgestaltung und hat alles was es braucht. Schöne Gartenanlage mit einem tollen Pool und Whirlpool. Ruhe Lage, angenehmer Vermieter, der stets zur VerfĂŒgung stand. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Erholung pur

Mitten in den Weinbergen auf dem Lande, steht dieses wunderbare Haus, mit dem beheizbaren Pool und dem Whirlpool. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet und wir konnten uns kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen. Wir haben die Ruhe, ausserhalb des Stadtlebens sehr genossen. Innerhalb kĂŒrzerster Zeit (ca 25 min) ist man an den StrĂ€nden von Vias, Valras. Grössere StĂ€dte wie BĂ©ziers sind in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und wir haben die Kommunikation sehr geschĂ€tzt, etwas mehr ĂŒber die Gegend und die Menschen zu erfahren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicher schon bald wieder vorbeischauen :) Vielen Dank Nicolas et Virginie! Herzliche GrĂŒsse von der ganzen Familie

Sehr schönes Haus und Ruhe pur

Dieses wunderschöne Haus mitten in den Weinbergen hatte allen erdenklichen Komfort. Der beheizbare Pool war ein Traum. ErwĂ€hnen möchten wir noch die außerordentliche Sauberkeit. Die beiden Vermieter tun alles, damit man sich wohlfĂŒhlen kann und einen schönen Urlaub genießen darf.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une trÚs bonne semaine de vacances à 2 familles. La villa est superbe, bien équipée et entretenue. La piscine chauffée est vraiment un plus, les enfants en ont bien profité. Les propriétaires, qui habitent à proximité, sont sympathiques et disponibles. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présente. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Propriété somptueuse

Excellent sĂ©jour passer dans une villa flambant neuf au milieu des vignes. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme et les grands espaces.Il y'a quatre suites parentales avec quatre salles de bain 😀. A l'extĂ©rieur nous avons pu profiter de la grande piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement chauffĂ©e avec une vue lointaine sur le vignoble . Je ne peux que recommander ce cadre somptueux et cette magnifique maison !!!
