Located in the 'Carrugio', the pedestrian area of the historical downtown in Sestri Levante, just a few steps from the beaches of the Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fables. The apartment has been completely restructured integrating a modern architectural design into the original features of the house, and finished to the highest standard. This extremely bright and quiet apartment is on the third floor (no lift) of a typical Ligurian house, offering broad views across the town and local landscape. The apartment offers free WiFi, Air conditioning, heating and parking. Parking is in a private nearby garage included in the price.

The apartment is a duplex: on the first level is the living area with sofas, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player with dozens of DVD movies, free WiFi, table and dining for 6, a modern open plan kitchen leading to a covered terrace, south oriented, with table and chairs. The master double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom are also located on this floor with a complete bathroom with shower. A black stone and iron stairway leads from the living area to the open second level mezzanine, with a double sofa bed and a single bed, closet and the second complete bathroom with shower. The whole apartment is lined with windows, bathing it in natural light and its third floor location offers privacy, open views and quiet.
Stepping out of the apartment, you will find yourself surrounded by the liveliness of the town’s center, leaving you spoiled for choice of animated local bars, restaurants and shops not forgetting the peacefulness of the two beaches are also a stone’s throw away.

Great place, great location

Sestri Levante is a gem, and this flat is as well located as is possible. Right outside your door are shops, cafes and bustling life in a pedestrian-only street, with a five minute walk to either of the two beaches. The apartment is very stylish and comfortable. Enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Great location for a stay in Sestri Levante

A great location but in a pedestrian only zone which means you need to walk your luggage in about 200 m. This is a bit of a struggle if you have a lot of luggage as we did. The apartment is comfortable and has air conditioning but is located up 4 flights of steep stairs with no lift. Guests who are elderly or have young children may have an issue with the steep stairs. The apartment was large and comfortable for our group of 3 adults. The best beach option is Bay of Silence. The apartment is close to loads of lovely cafes and restaurants.

We love this place in the center of Sestri Levante

Every year it is a coming home for us to return in this wonderful Apartment. Modern, clean, fully equiped and in the center of the pedestrian zone of Sestri Levante this place is our favorite in Italy. Erverything one can wish is 2-5 minutes walking distance (bakery, supermarket, beach…). Thank you Piero for keeping your perfect Apartment in top condition!

In the heart of Sestri Levante

Right in the heart of Sestri Levante, with shops, cafes, bakeries right outside the door. Be aware that Sestri IS a vacation town, so you may have some noise, even late into the night, especially on weekends. That being said, it’s so nice to immerse yourself in a town that while touristy, largely draws Italians and other Europeans, rather than Americans. The apartment is bright and open, and stayed relatively cool with the use of two fans. Convenient, well designed kitchen and modern clean bathrooms. Towels could use replacement as they are well worn. We would come back to this apartment and the charming town in a heartbeat.

Sestri Levante apartment

We had a lovely time in Piero's flat. It is clean and well equipped, very comfortable, with a nice decor. Its location in the centre of Sestri Levante, among the shops and restaurants was perfect for us. No car was needed during our stay, with restaurants, shops, train station and both beaches within easy walking distance. The little terrace was very much appreciated, enabling us to have our meals outside. The welcome was very friendly and accommodating, with Chiara even organising a taxi for us from Genoa airport. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic property in fantastic location

Sestri Levante is a fantastic location. The town itself has so much to offer. Additionally, it is a superb location from which to explore the Ligurian coast, using local trains. This specific apartment is wonderfully located. It is on the main pedestrian street. Just walking out the door, you find multiple restaurants, bakeries and cafes. You are moments away from two beaches. The apartment is in perfect condition. It is exceptionally well stocked with anything that you might need. There is air conditioning. There is a small patio for sipping coffee (though likely not big enough for more than two individuals to have dinner. The apartment is at the top of the building. This has pluses (less noise - and there is good noise insulation, and views from the rear of the apartment). Some travelers may have concerns about three sets of stairs. The owner, Piero, provided great volumes of information on the apartment, how to check-in, and on anything we could need. He has an agent, perhaps 200 meters from the apartment, who checked us in and made herself available to help. This apartment worked well for our family of four. We have children aged 13 and 11. We slept in a nice double bedroom. There was a nice single bedroom, and one of the kids slept in a single bed in the loft area. We would definitely return to this apartment.

We loved this residence! Centrally located in the middle of town, yet extremely quiet due to the sound proof windows. The decor was very modern-reminded us of a New York City loft. Very comfortable for two couples. The kitchen was fully equipped and we loved sitting on the balcony for our meals. The beds were super comfortable and we were happy that the air conditioner worked well. We would definitely return!

Our vacation to this property allowed us to enjoy the day to day life of the community that lives around this old part of the town. The exterior alleys age back to its start guessing late 1800's, this charm is visited by many where they find fresh bread bakeries, cheese stores, icecream parlours, fish monger and many more special stores. Other amenities are within 2 to 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is renovated to an extreme level of efficiency and will provide today's life style requirements. The train station is within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment allowed us to visit the "Cinque Terre towns." sith ease. Great place thank you for renting it to us....

A very well-appointed holiday flat

We had a very enjoyable stay in this beautiful apartment. The only negatives were the stairs up to the third floor and the lack of air-conditioning. We were aware the flat was at the top of the building so were prepared for the climb but had not realized the lack of air-conditioning. Everything else was first-class and we made good use of the outside terrace with views over the town. We were impressed with the clever use of space, the quality of fixtures and fittings and the design features. The apartment felt more like a home than the usual type of holiday flat and was equipped with everything one needed. We would not hesitate to recommend it and there was enough room for our family of five adults without feeling cramped.

Beautiful and tasteful.

We loved the property even though we had to climb the 50 + stairs to reach it ! Unsuitable for very young families or unfit. It was ideally suited for our needs. Situated amongst the shops and restaurants. A 5 minute walk to the beach. Well equipped.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unserer Tochter und ihrem Freund in Sestri Levante verbracht und haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung an sich ist stylisch eingerichtet, die Möbel sind modern und komfortabel, die Küche hat alles zu bieten was man fürs Kochen braucht. Der Esstisch ist gross genug für ein gemütliches Abendessen und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon auf dem man frühstücken kann. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut: Mitten im "Stadtkern" in der Fußgängerzone gelegen ist von dem Trubel draussen in der Wohnung nichts zu hören. Gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich die (nach unserem Empfinden) beste Bäckerei von Sestri und auch die beiden Strände sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Beautifully decorated, well equipped and perfectly maintained apartment.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property to friends and family. Good restaurants and cafes were close by, the train station a short walk away. Sestri Levante is a convenient base for walking nearby trails and the Cinque Terre. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so may not be suitable for everybody.
