Etablissement sous les toits. Sale et vétuste. L'appartement n'est pas entretenu, humide la nuit et chaud la journée. L'appartement se situe sous les toits. Les stores sont défectueux. L'appartement est divisé en deux sur un palier. Petit déjeuné au bar du coin, limité pour les enfants.
