The beaches are opposite the residence (50m). Shops are 500m away. This apartment features a double sofa bed in the living room, a television, and a kitchenette (with a two-burner cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, and washing machine). The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The residence is very pleasant and landscaped with trees. A parking space is reserved for this apartment at number 112, secured by an electric gate. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
