Quel dommage !!!

L'appartement (s'il avait été en état ), l'environnement, la vue sont fort appréciables. Mais l'agence n'a procédé à aucun ménage depuis ... longtemps, c'était d'une saleté repoussante, nous avons passé toute la soirée à nettoyer au minimum ! Aucun état des lieux en présence d'une personne de l'agence alors que beaucoup de choses sont cassées ( WC : fuite, plaque de cuisson : fêlée, cassée ), et d'autres très endommagées ou manquantes ( alarme incendie ... ). Bref je ne recommande absolument pas malgré un appartement qui a un beau potentiel ( espace, vue, calme, belle piscine ) mais qui n'est pas géré.
