This unique, air-conditioned, bright, and spacious two-story apartment boasts high ceilings.
Located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a building ideally situated just steps from the Royal Canal, it's a short walk from the city center and an 8-minute walk from the train station.
Sleeping arrangements include a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living area.
Outside, a balcony with unobstructed views, furnished with a table and chairs, provides a perfect spot for al fresco dining.
On the first level, you'll find a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (conventional oven and microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher and washing machine, large refrigerator, etc.) with a central island and a bar area with stools, ideal for quick meals or enjoying an aperitif while cooking.
On the same level, a very cozy living area with a sofa, coffee table, and designer lighting allows you to relax while watching a movie on TV.

Hébergement au top !!! Duplex extra, très pratique, très bien équipé et au calme.Propriétaire très cordial, à l'écoute pour donner de très bons conseils pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour.Quelques minutes de marche pour être au coeur de cette charmante petite ville ou profiter du quartier authentique de La Pointe Courte.Je recommande, j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !!!
