Giggleswick is a picturesque Domesday village three quarters of a mile from the old market town of Settle, in the heart of Ribblesdale. Close at hand are a supermarket, two inns, a swimming pool, a golf course and regular bus and train services.

Great location

I visited the Yorkshire Dales for a walking holiday with a friend. The cottage was perfectly situated. It was very well equipped, clean and warm. The parking was tight and was made a little tricky because of roadworks and builders working next door who blocked the entrance with their van. However, they quickly moved it whenever we asked. We would certainly recommend Ivy Cottage to anyone contemplating a stay in The Dales.
