This delightful 120² two-storey property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a touch of countryside style with oversized windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.
As you enter, the living space features a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace and a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker.
A lovely bedroom also includes a comfortable double bed, a TV and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.
Upstairs, there are two more beautifully decorated bedrooms. One includes a cosy double bed and ample wardrobe space, and the second has two single beds.
The apartment also opens onto a lovely terrace, with a beautiful barbecue area, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and meals together.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
To ensure you can fully enjoy the garden, maintenance is carried out weekly, every Saturday.

São SImão (Azeitão) is located on the Setúbal Peninsula, close to the famous Arrábida Mountain. This mountain is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal, such as Portinho da Arrábida, Galapos, and Figueirinha. It is also near Sesimbra, offering visitors a unique natural setting between the sea and the hills.
It is made up of a cluster of typical small villages, such as São Simão, Vila Fresca de Azeitão, Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, Brejos de Azeitão, Aldeia de Irmãos, Aldeia Velha, and Vendas de Azeitão. The region is widely known for its excellent wines and the famous Azeitão cheese, making it an unmissable destination for those who enjoy gastronomy and tradition.
The area is also perfect for exploring, with beautiful landscapes ideal for hiking or cycling, and nearby cultural points of interest such as historic estates, traditional tile workshops, and local pastry shops. Whether tasting the region's flavours or discovering the natural surroundings, São Simão offers a memorable experience for those seeking a blend of gastronomy, culture, and tranquillity.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
