Designed to accommodate large families and groups alike, it comprises a main house with 6 bedrooms and a self-contained studio cottage with 2 further bedrooms - six bathrooms in all, most en-suite - to accommodate up to 20 people



The estate enjoys large trees offering plenty of shade, including palms, a citrus orchard, bananas, figs and other fruit trees to create a refreshing and rejuvenating setting. At its heart, a spacious 15m x 4m private, heated infinity pool, a barbecue area and an outdoor dining terrace invite you to enjoy the long summer evenings. Ample parking is also available on the private grounds.



A rare feature: the main house is built with high-quality materials that keep it naturally cool in summer — the living room, kitchen and bedrooms maintain a comfortable temperature effortlessly; fans are available. The main house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, whilst the studio has its own kitchenette. The master suite in the main house and the studio are also air-conditioned.



A continental breakfast with fresh eggs from the estate can be requested as an extra option.



Ideal location: just a short walk from the centre of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, right on the Arrabida Natural Park, a few minutes’ drive from the most beautiful beaches, 16 km from Setúbal, 43 km (about 40 minutes) from Lisbon and the airport.
