property as advertised. good decor, great pool and covered patio for swimming and the sun. fans to help at night with sleep. area quiet but uber really cheap to azeitao and local shops/bars. landlord great with comms and really helpful. good base for lisbon and the south of lisbon district. beaches closeby €15 one way with uber.
