The staff is excellent, especially Tarren who was truly amazing with resolving a few issues regarding our room. Tarren ungraded us to the one bedroom oceanfront suite (room #412) which we absolutely loved. It felt more like an apartment and had best view of the stunning grounds, the gorgeous pool and the ocean. We also enjoyed having the different choices of restaurants within the hotel itself. The beach bar is really special and the had one the best views of the seven mile beach. We visited the bar twice on stay. The things we did not like about our stay is the location of our original premium king ocean room. It is located on the left side of the building closer to the main road and across from the parking lot. We felt it was too noisy and couldn’t enjoy the sitting on the balcony. We also didn’t like that there was no grand lobby/common area. There is a receptionist area with wall partition and a small sitting area behind and separated area in the adjacent building for the guest elevators. We felt it was a little disjointed.

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations!Upon check in you’re greeted with a cold towel and a refreshing drink! The staff is amazing, grounds, and hotel are immaculate! No detail was spared in the design of this place, gold finishes in the bathroom, superb bedding, clean pools and delicious dining options. There are several restaurants on the property all of them have delicious food. The Pom Pom bar is a rooftop bar that has a DJ on Friday nights. The Bonny Moon restaurant is just steps away from the hotel, located on the beach. There you can get complementary chairs and umbrellas. The wait staff will come take your order. I can’t wait to go back! Amazing amazing trip!

We just got back from a 5 night vacation at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman and it was one of the best vacations my family has ever been on! The property was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully maintained. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Shoutout to Rebecca in Front of House who helped us book a lovely excursion to the Crystal Caves. We had so much fun! Jennifer, our server at Catalina, was a doll. Also hello to Newton at the pool, who was such a sweetheart. But honestly everyone there could not have been nicer! And we enjoyed all of the food we ate on property. We especially loved our coffee and breakfast croissants from Cafe Alula. Double Cortado and an almond croissant in the morning was heaven on earth. Then in the afternoon treat yourself to a froze or frozen sangria at the pool. Bata Bar was not messing around with their drinks. This hotel is not directly on the beach but does have an ocean view. It sits about a half block behind the public park and beach. But just to the right of the public beach is the Bonny Moon Beach Club where they will set you up with beach chairs and service. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how amazing they were as well. Neil was our attendant two days in a row and he made sure we were never without water and he made a point to remember everyone's name even the next day! It was probably the best beachside service we've ever had and you'll never even think twice about how you aren't technically at the hotel. 10/10 vacation!

Walkable to beach, hotel has transportation to & from beach via golf cart, towels and chairs & staff at beach. Hotel offers aloe vera & sunscreen for guest which was a nice surprise. Vick at pool was always attentive (so was rest of the staff.) Good was delicious at Catalina (pricey like the rest of restaurants in the island) Ck: peppers reataurant so good and decent prices.

From the moment I arrived at Hotel Indigo Cayman Islands, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The service was truly top-notch, starting at the front desk where I was warmly welcomed with efficiency and genuine hospitality. A special shoutout to Lwandi and Miguel from the bell team – they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. Their professionalism and friendly attitude set the tone for an incredible stay. The hotel itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, with a modern yet relaxed Caribbean charm. Everything was sparkling clean, and the attention to detail throughout the property really shows. The location is also a huge plus – it’s conveniently situated near top attractions and just a short walk or drive to the beach, shops, and restaurants. As for the food and drinks – absolutely amazing! Every meal I had on-site was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The bar and restaurant staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and crafting excellent cocktails. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo Cayman Islands to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and well-located stay with outstanding service!
