Premium 7 Mile Beach 3 Bedroom Condo

Our home on 7 Mile Beach is newly renovated and is a perfect location for stays of 2 weeks to 3 months. It part of the Laguna del Mar development, which includes lush gardens, a lake with an island for picnics and one of the best stretches of sand on 7 Mile Beach. It is close to the Marriott Beach Resort with three good restaurants and a Red Sails aquatics office. And the sunsets are indeed Grand.

Unfortunately, a storm in 2022 eroded the beach in the area of Laguna del Mar. While we have a nice beach with umbrellas and beach chairs, it is not possible to walk along the beach North to the main part of Seven Mile Beach. It is best to take the sidewalk along West Bay Road under the big tunnel about 1/4 mile to the first public beach access path to Seven Mile Beach. From there you can walk North along beautiful Seven Mile Beach.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Seven Mile Beach. An outdoor pool, a gym, and a hot tub are available. The condo includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

We had such a wonderful time! We had everything we needed. The property view was absolutely amazing & it was a short walk to shopping & restaurants. We appreciated the square footage of the place with 6 adults. Plenty of space to spread out & relax. We discovered the public bus, which was a huge hit and chase per than a cab. Verna was absolutely a blessing and a great resource! We will return!

Great condo

Great condo, super location. Did not need a car. A great vacation. The walk to the main stretch of Seven Mile Beach was very doable for our group of adults. Many walkable restaurants were quite good.
