This pristine expanse of powdery white sand beckons for swimming, snorkeling, or leisurely strolls. Here, you can relish solitude, snorkel right in front of your condominium, or take a serene walk to nearby hotels, such as The Kimpton Seafire (bars, restaurants, a spa, a coffee shop and watersports), restaurants, and water sports facilities, along with the Indigo and Bonny Moon beachfront restaurant and bar!

Just a brief 10 minute stroll from Sundowner, you'll discover two exclusive waterfront restaurants, Morgan's and Bacaro, nestled within the Cayman Islands Yacht Club. The nearby Anchor Store offers convenience items and a charming spot to sit and admire passing boats. For the adventurous spirits, renting a boat to explore the North Sound, Stingray City, and the Rum Point area is an enticing option, with the convenience of collecting the boat from the CI Yacht Club. Alternatively, embark on a day trip with many Stingray City excursions and private boat charters departing from the Yacht Club.
