The main living area offers comfy seating to relax between adventures, while the adjacent kitchen and dining area make mealtimes simple. Head to the loft for game nights around the pool table or to stream your favorites on the smart TV. Outdoors, enjoy mountain views with a soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or fire up the BBQ grill and dine in the fresh air. When work calls, a laptop-friendly desk helps you stay on top of things.



Rest easy in the king suite with an in-room jetted tub and smart TV, or cozy up by the gas fireplace in the second king bedroom. A queen Murphy bed and additional sleeper sofas make it easy to host multi-generational families or groups of friends. A nearby laundromat adds convenience during longer stays.

Important Things to Note

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access areas of the home.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private paved passthrough driveway directly beside the property. Please plan accordingly.

• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural Smoky Mountains location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty at times.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan for alternative arrangements for your animals.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: Sevierville City Park (athletic fields, picnic areas, seasonal aquatic center) and the Mt. Ton of Fun Inclusive Playground are within about a 5-minute drive.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The front desk is open around the clock.
