Tucked into the beautiful Smith Creek Reserve and just one mile from the Parkway, this brand-new luxury retreat gives you the feeling of escaping to the mountains without ever being far from the excitement of shopping, dining, and attractions.

This is the kind of place where everyone naturally gathers. Slow breakfasts around the kitchen island turn into afternoons spent swimming, game competitions become family traditions, and movie nights somehow last longer than planned. With room for up to 18 guests, there’s space to come together while still finding quiet corners to unwind.

Your stay also includes exclusive access to Rambling River Waterpark, reserved only for Smith Creek guests. Spend warm afternoons floating the lazy river, cooling off in the pool, watching the kids run through the splash pad, challenging each other to mini golf, or relaxing in the hot tubs while the mountains surround you. End the evening with an outdoor movie or settle around the glowing firepits as the day winds down. (Waterpark access is seasonal and hours may vary.)

Two private king suites on this level make it easy for guests to relax in comfort, including one room with additional futon sleeping space for families traveling together.

Upstairs, the energy shifts into fun and togetherness. This level was made for late-night conversations, friendly competition, and kids claiming their favorite sleeping spots before anyone else can.
