**Welcome to The Eagle’s Nest**
This beautifully decorated cabin is 1014 sq. ft. with high vaulted ceilings and large windows to watch the sunrise! Just a few minutes from downtown with hot tub, arcade games and board games. This cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 7 people. Upstairs bedroom/game room is an open loft to the downstairs.

-Fantastic Location: 5 miles to downtown Pigeon Forge and 10 miles to downtown Gatlinburg

-Close to all major attractions, fishing and hiking trails

-Private outdoor hot tub with direct access to Master Bedroom

-Fast wifi with 3 TV’s and Roku Streaming Devices (use your own passwords for streaming services)

-1 multi-cade arcade with 60 games, 1 Classic Nintendo Mini Retro Game Console, and board games

-Private outdoor patio

Nearest grocery store is Publix in Pigeon Forge. Less than 10 miles away.

One day prior to arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated so no meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin!

House Rules

Please read all House Rules before booking

-All guests must be 25+ years of age except children with their parents

-7 people MAX occupancy

-2 Vehicle MAX

-Message us before booking if you have more than 5 people

-No Pets. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

-No Parties

-No Smoking or Vaping

-Fireplace is shut down March 1st to October 1st as is with every cabin in the area.

-The hot tub has a MAX Occupancy of 3-4 people. Guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. Glass is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

-No late check-outs or early check-ins. Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 10am. Failure to depart at 10am on scheduled date will result in a $50 fee for the first half hour and $100 for each subsequent half hour

-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

-Absolutely no fires inside or out.

What We Provide

The cabin is equipped with fast wifi and 3 televisions with roku streaming devices. Use your own passwords for streaming services just like you would at home. *Please remember to sign out when you leave! We DO NOT provide cable.

You will have all your kitchen essentials needed to cook and eat. Silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, coffee mugs, etc.

Coffee: A regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig are available for you to use. We only provide filters so bring your own coffee/condiments

We do provide hand soap and a start of toilet paper and paper towels. A travel size of shampoo, body wash and soap will be available in each bathroom, but you may need to bring extra for your trip.

Safety gates are provided for the top and bottom of stairs to accommodate for young children

The cabin has a washer/dryer but we DO NOT provide laundry detergent

Because we are in the mountains, you will most likely see or hear critters. Please keep all doors/windows closed to keep them from getting in

Our customers tell us they can't get enough of this cabin's great location. During your stay, you'll be close to Dollywood. You'll find features like a hot tub, laundry facilities, and an arcade/game room. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the cabin.

Amazing cabin and so close to everything! We couldn’t quit bragging on how happy we were with this cabin choice, when we wanted to be in the busy part it was right down the road - when we wanted to relax the cabin was the perfect location! The hosts responded to my random questions promptly and checkout was a breeze!

Cleanliness was an issue. We wanted to use the futon, but there was food/stuff that hadn’t been cleaned within the cushions which changed our sleeping arrangements. There were Goldfish crackers beneath the coffee table and lots of food stuff beneath the sofas. The upholstery on the dining room chairs was nasty. We didn’t want to sit on half of them. There was no “game room;” just an arcade game stuffed in the attic bedroom. Communication was awesome, however, with the owners, even when arriving at 11:30 pm. It is in a great location and close to everything, and it provided the atmosphere we needed.

The cabin seemed cozy but with the lack of cleanliness it really missed the mark. It desparately needs a deep cleaning and carpet upgraded. As soon as we arrived we were met by the fire alarm continuesly beeping due to low battery. The bathroom sink drain downstairs was plugged up but with some repetitive plunging was able to unplug it. The upstairs bathroom was not swept adequately, hair was piled up in the corners of the floor and hair on the shower tub shelf. One of the towels had noticeable dirt stains. The fans were all covered in dust along with the molding and some of the counters. The carpet floors were well used and dirt stained. My son having worn socks and shoes during the day had clean feet until taking his shoes off and playing throughout the cabin, his feet looked like he'd been outside playing in the dirt. Also, living room rug was not secured to floor, was a trip/fall hazard. Under the couch across from which I was sitting across had lots of food crumbs/dirt which could have easily been vacuumed up with a vacumm wand. Filling up the tea pot I noticed dirt flakes in the water. Was either from the sink faucet or due to the city water. Half the light bulbs were out in the dining room. Lighting was not bright. Spiderwebs around windows. Black mold on corners of downstairs bathroom. Positive note, it was quiet there and our son really did enjoy the arcade games. Owner was immediate to respond to roku password request, and that was appreciated. Great location.

This cabin is in a wonderful location with a great view onto the surrounding hills. It is a quiet area halfway between the two primary towns, If you look at the pictures of the cabin you will see a wonderful reflection of the hillside on the tall cabin windows. Unfortunately, there were highly damaged screens on these windows that made looking at the scenery from inside the cabin impossible.There were several maintenance issues which I mentioned to the host and he stated that he was going to have these corrected.There were several areas that should have been cleaned better. There were no cleaning supplies in the cabin and I had to go out and purcahse them to clean the windows and the shower.

Wonderful host! Property as described. Kids loved the mini arcade. We mostly just slept here after long days at Dollywood. We wished we had had more time to enjoy hanging together at the cabin. We would book this property again!

The cabin stay was very wonderful. Very peaceful and relaxing. It had a the comforts of home. The old school video game console with multiple games was definately a family pleaser. Nice touch! Its a very manageable distance from Dollywood. We would definately consider coming back here again.

Nice cabin and great area close to everything we needed. Plenty of room for my family of 4 and my in-laws. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the floor wasn't clean. I had to sweep and mop shortly after we got there. But everything else seemed to be clean. Laundry was in a closet outside, which was different but not a problem. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Overall a great cabin for our short stay.

Property is in a good location. Cabin was not ckean, dirthy towels and dishes. Bugs deadon the floor and windows were very dirty and dusty. Lights were blown in the fridge and dining room. Bed was broken down and had to sleep at an angle. Communicated this all to the owner and no compensation. Very expensive weekend with little rest.

Amazing stay!

Our family absolutely loved this cabin! It had everything we needed and more. Tons of entertainment for the young ones. We loved relaxing on the porch in the rocking chairs. We even had a bear come right up to the cabin one early morning. Well definitely keep this cabin in close mind for all of our future trips to the mountains!
