Beautiful first floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood.
Condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with access to a full bath. Bedrooms are far enough away from each other for privacy so it's great for 2 couples. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 6 guest comfortably. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here.

The place is in such a great location! Easy parking, easy check in. It is very kid friendly, I really appreciated that! It feels safe! I was slighlty disappointed that the pool/hot tub wasnt open yet for the season. It was one of the reasons we chose the location. Bring your own coffee/k cups (they have both options but no complimentary coffee), bring your own shampoo and shower items, only bar handsoap is provided.The porch is amazing! Fantastic view of the river! Its perfect morning or evening spot to just chill after a busy day of exploring.

This property was perfectly located to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinberg, Cades Cove, and hiking to waterfalls in the Great Smokey Mountains. The beds were super comfortable. It is spacious and has a peaceful beautiful view of the river. We were not in our condo much and only made microwave meals or sandwiches but the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook. The washer and dryer were a nice feature. We would definitely stay here again. Julie is amazing with communication before, during and after the stay.

The condo was acceptable because of f its close proximity to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg however, it definitely needs upgrading. The beds were very uncomfortable, there were spiders & cob webs in both bathrooms and we couldn’t sit out back on the balcony overlooking the nice creek because it was so filthy out there. There were spider cobwebs and spiders covering everything as well as mud hornet nest. The walls on balcony were just filthy. We were very disappointed in this. The master bath rugs looked like they were 10 years old & guest bath had no rug for shower. The couches in living room were awful, the most uncomfortable couch we had ever sat on, again I think it must be 20 years old. We would never go back.

The toilet in the master bathroom had black mildew or soot on the seat, under the lid snd in the bowl. We saw a couple of spiders and bugs, also. I messaged the host thru the vrbo message but never received a reply.

Condo was great had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen for cooking and beds were comfortable.The condo was roomy for all of us and the grandkids had a blast at the pool and I loved that the pool area had a bathroom it was very convenient for us location is perfect and close to so many attractions and being close to Walmart was a plus would recommend this place to anyone coming to this area

I loved the laundry, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a fully equiped kitchen. There is plenty of space for a family of five. The beds were comfortable which is not typical for a rental property. We were also pleased with the visit from ducks near the patio every day. The televisions could be updated to smart tvs. There could be some improvements in the cleanliness. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Nice condo, everything was what it was. Pool was closed due to repair and kept hearing loud workers working on the elevator. But location wise and nightlife was awesome. I would come back and hopefully it’ll be better.

Nice property over all. Great location. Far enough off the main road for the noise but close enough for convenience. Only complaint that I have is the guest bathroom tub drains very slowly.
