Whaley Room and Board is a completely renovated farmhouse located minutes from the Sevierville Convention Center, Wilderness at the Smokies, and the new Soaky Mountain Waterpark. This home has a very unique story. The previous owner's were Dolly Parton's Aunt and Uncle. Dolly would go to her Aunt and Uncle's home after school and record in the soundproof upstairs bedroom. You will find Dolly folk art throughout the farmhouse and the memories she made there live on.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Sevierville Convention Center. You'll find features like laundry facilities. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

This house is the perfect place to stay with your family, it is clean, comfortable and decorated so well! It feels so homey. The host is amazing and super attentive as well! This is our 2nd time staying here for our annual Christmas trip and we will be back again! We love how close it is to all the attractions yet still tucked away and quiet. Fabulous Stay

There were 15 of us, all ages, staying for five nights. We had a fantastic time. The property was beautiful and so clean. The owners were prompt in replying to questions. It was a great distance to all the attractions. I can't recommend this place enough!
