All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you. There is a lovely wooden dining room table located right off the kitchen, along with additional seats at the breakfast bar.

Dolly's Backyard is the perfect place to both relax and play! Enjoy a quiet night in the spacious living room while the fireplace roars in the distance as you and your loved ones catch the big game or movie night on the large flat screen TV. Retreat into the game room, where you and the family can relax in the additional living space or stir up some competition at the pool table, arcade or foosball game. And of course, take some time to soak in the incredible views from one of several porches. Enjoy an evening glass of wine or morning cup of coffee while relaxing in a rocking chair. Or fire up the BBQ grill to test out your grilling skills, while just around the corner the kids and family can relax in the private, bubbling hot tub while taking in that crisp mountain air! As our guest, you also have access to the community resort amenities, which include a seasonal pool and pavilion.

This was okay but in a community. There is some issue with sewage in the community and we could smell sewage in the house-especially at night. There were also rowdy neighbors that partied all night on the porch next to our room. This is not the hosts fault but it was bad. There wasn’t any personalizations (like coupons or recommendations). The house is also a lot darker than the photos portray and is difficult to see in the bathrooms. On a brighter note it is super convenient to Dollywood and restaurants.

The cabin was a perfect lay out for our needs but you could hear anyone walking across the floor when on bottom floor. There were not extra towels and barely enough for each person. Coffee filters were not included with coffee maker and needs to be listed so you can bring your own. It was clean and well organic and no problem at all with check in. The manager was very available to answer any questions.

Great location. It was fairly clean. The towel situation was disappointing - for a cabin that is hosting 8 people, we got exactly 8 tiny, thin towels. We couldn’t soak in the hot tub and then take a shower. This cabin is very dry - bring a humidifier. The temperature was locked at 72, and even after we contacted management to possibly adjust it for us, it never was resolved. Overall it was an ok place to stay.

The property is super nice. Neat , clean, and well kept. Lots to do right there at the cabin. TVs galore, video games, pool table and big porches to rock and rest. Only hiccup is the front door. Finding the right key code is tough. You must be able to contact Avada properties to figure out what’s correct. I’m over 50 and not a fan of using the VRBO text to gain access to all information. This is how Avada / Justin communicated with us. Plain old email is much easier. All in all a great place to stay.

This is a delightful cabin and is well furnished, with comfortable beds. It was clean, and provided all we needed in the kitchen. It is close to Dollywood and other local attractions. We had an issue with air conditioning but it was resolved to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again. Our grandkids loved the video games and pool table. Also many card games provided at cabin.

Wonderful family memories

The location is outstanding with something for everyone to enjoy…and some! The cabin was plenty roomy enough for my family of 8. King sized beds were perfect, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Loved the hot tub, the porch swing and rockers. Justin was very helpful and check in was a breeze. Definitely will be returning to this family friendly, scenic area!

New Beginnings

This was the first time that we were able to go on vacation with 3 generations all at once and this was the perfect setting. The accommodations were great where everyone had room to enjoy from playing pool, relaxing in the sauna, to game night in the big family room. We are already planning for next year and a great thanks to Justin and his team.

The location was excellent. We were close to all the attractions we were interested in. The cabin was lovely and spacious. We just had a small issue with the refrigerator taking a bit to cool and the pull out couch bed. Besides those things it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend.

The cabin was GORGEOUS!! It was clean, serene, fun and spacious. Plenty of tvs and seating areas. Hot tub was perfect. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Only issues we had was I did not recall anyone telling me it was part of a resort and we needed a gate code so when we got there we didn't know what to do. But the response time via calls and texts was immediate. Also, the wifi didn't work initially but they sent someone the next day and got it set up correctly. Also would have liked to have cookie sheets or a pizza pan and salt and pepper. Overall it was perfecr though I would definitely stay again!

The property exceeded my expectations. It is spacious and well stocked with items needed to cook. I’d recommend adding plastic ware for kids as I had a 6 year old and would rather her have a plastic cup, plate, bowl. Justin was super at communicating and quick to answer messages. Great family vacation

Great location, the train horn from Dollywood can get a little annoying if you spend a lot of time out on the decks. Kitchen was stocked!!! Anything you would need, is there!! Game room is a little crowded with foosball and the pool table, especially if you have 6 adults down there together. We would definitely stay there again.

What an amazing property they have here! They supplied everything we needed and so much more! One of the things that stood out to me about this property was the response I was getting from the owner Justin! Easily one of the most responsive owners I’ve ever talked to!
