Luxury amenities, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, 2 balconies plus a 700 sq. ft deck with a 6 person luxury hot tub with retractable cover, a 6 person panoramic barrel sauna, a cold plunge with chiller, a custom built porch swing bed and two separate fire tables. Ample parking, EV charger, high speed Starlink internet, 4 king beds plus a custom built twin over queen double bunk bed. Coffee/espresso and waffle bar with commercial grade waffle maker. Fire pit with privacy and 8 Adirondack chairs. All amenities provided for your stay. Contemporary yet rustic feel to the home, your luxury vacation awaits!

Come experience and immerse yourself in the fall foliage of Western Tennessee. Enjoy an espresso and waffle bar morning, followed by scenic drives and hikes through the splendor and glory of the fall foliage in the smoky mountains. Our philosophy is simple….You didn’t pay to go on vacation to be our housekeepers. We don’t want the last moments in our home to be the most stressful of your vacation.
All we ask is that you kindly leave by the agreed upon time and lock the door. If you have time, it would be helpful if you loaded and started the dishwasher and took the large trash bag out.
If you happened to use one of our comfy robes, please do not hang it back up. Leave it on the bed or in the bathroom so we know it was used and we can wash them and provide new ones for the next guest
