Carpe Diem is a cozy, comfortable cabin with amenities that will make it your home away from home. Located less than 5 miles from the Pigeon Forge parkway, offering quite, serene surroundings for the relaxation that you crave.

Enjoy evenings by the natural stone fireplace, family time playing pool or arcade, watching movies, using our free WiFi, or unwinding from a day of hiking by soaking in the hot tub on the back deck.

PETS: If you'd like to bring your furry friend along, we DO allow pets (no cats) under 50 pounds for a one-time $75/pet fee (2 pets max). If you'd like to bring your pet, let us know upon booking and we'll request the fee through Airbnb.

Pets under 50 lbs are allowed to stay on the property with the following conditions:
- No pets on the furniture
- No pets in the hot tub
- Pets must be tick & flea-free
- Pets must be crated (not provided) when unattended at the property
- Pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be disposed of properly

**Any pets brought without notice will be charged a $200 fee. You will be liable for the cost of repairs from any damages done by your pet.

Please note the gas is shut off for the fireplace during the warmer months between May and October.

The cell service is spotty until on wifi so we have a Ring Doorbell camera on the exterior front door for guests to contact us if having trouble checking in.
During your stay, we'll be in close touch via text, email or your booking platform to ensure your stay is absolutely incredible. If there is anything not to your satisfaction, please reach out to us immediately so we can take care of it and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Carpe Diem is located in the exclusive Smoky Cove community. Well maintained roads lead past the community pool and other beautiful cabins right up Turkey Court to your destination. The cabins are nicely spaced apart with lots of mature trees for plenty privacy.
Our cabin is nested in a very well maintained cabin-exclusive community. The roads are kept in great condition and will be cleared of snow during the winter month. Arrive hassle and stress-free without the climb of steep mountain roads.

Besides all areas of our cabin, guests can also access a clean and spacious outdoor pool that is open to guests of the community only - great for young and old. The pool is open from May 1st - October 1st – please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
Two large, private bedrooms with private baths-- one on the main level and one of the second level -- each has king size log beds with super comfortable pillow-top mattresses which are dressed with luxurious sheets, down comforters, and quilts, TV, reading lamps, and a ceiling fan.

For extra sleeping accommodations, we have a full-size sofa bed in the main living area and a pack-and-play for your infant. A high-chair is also available.

We love entertainment and so will you: The cabin features high-speed internet (75 Mbps) for all your Netflix streaming and browsing needs. Plenty HD TV channels and a fully equipped Nintendo Wii with controllers, steering wheels, microphone, dance mat and much more complete our multimedia entertainment program. A pool table and dartboard make for "unplugged fun" on our spacious loft.

We also provide a stocked kitchen and a barbecue grill. A compact Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board are supplied for your convenience.

Stay at Carpe Diem @ Smoky Cove and 'enjoy the day' in the Great Smoky Mountains. Please check our calendar -- they are always up-to-date!
You can fit up to 3 cars in front of the cabin. The drive up is a breeze and 4WD is not necessary - the roads will be cleared of snow in the winter time. Pigeon Forge Parkway is 5-7min away.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
