We are tucked into the Black Bear Ridge Resort, which means wide, paved, resort-maintained roads—no steep "mountain goat trails" or unpaved cliffside drives here! Any standard vehicle can reach us easily, and our flat parking area has plenty of room for up to 4 cars.

Don't let a little Smoky Mountain chill or rain stall your plans. While it is cold outside, our private indoor pool is a consistent 86°F and the game room is always open. It is that 5-star resort experience where you can stay cozy without ever having to de-ice your windshield.

We’re Ryan & Amanda — the husband-and-wife team behind Sunbeam Stays. As a veteran and nurse with a little one of our own, we understand the joy (and sometimes the chaos!) of traveling with kids and dogs. We’ve designed this home to be the stress-free sanctuary we would want for our own family. With over 8 years of hosting experience, we’re dedicated to ensuring you can relax, connect, and make unforgettable memories.

🤩 Guests have the entire cabin to themselves, including the private indoor heated pool, hot tub, and balconies!

Other things to note
1️⃣ PARKING: Level, paved parking for up to 4 vehicles.

2️⃣ STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps. For longer stays, plan to bring extra or visit the nearby grocery store 10 minutes away.

3️⃣ PROFESSIONAL CLEANING: Our pool and hot tub are chemically balanced and professionally cleaned before every arrival.

4️⃣ LOCAL ROADS: Roads and accessibility are important. Our roads are well paved and maintained by the HOA. If you are used to flat roads, just take it slowly at first and you will be a pro in no time!

5️⃣ TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend travel insurance for cancellations or weather concerns, as we adhere to your reservation’s cancellation policy.

6️⃣ NO SMOKING: To keep our cabin fresh for families and children, no indoor smoking or vaping is permitted.

7️⃣ TRASH: All trash must be stored in the bear-proof bin or inside the cabin at all times

This cabin offers its guests an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at the family-friendly cabin.
