The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the quiet dead‑end street as you arrive, and the peaceful setting makes it easy to unwind before you even step inside. Mornings feel unhurried here, whether you’re relaxing by the electric fireplace or watching the steam rise from the hot tub in the cool mountain air. When you’re ready for activity, the game room, indoor entertainment, and outdoor courts give you plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the property. Even in February, the private pool remains a centerpiece, with optional heating available for a fee.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and a loft provide space for up to twelve guests. The rooms include two king‑size beds, two queen‑size beds, and twin‑over‑twin trundle beds, totaling eight beds. Smart TVs are in each sleeping area, and several rooms have direct or nearby access to full bathrooms, including ensuite options. Clothing storage, fresh linens, extra pillows, room‑darkening shades, and ironing essentials add comfort throughout your stay.



Indoor living

The main living room features a sectional sofa, a single chair, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV, creating a cozy spot for cooler evenings. The game room is packed with arcade machines, air hockey, darts, a basketball arcade, bowling‑style and golfing‑style arcade games, a multi‑cade setup, and a 7‑foot billiards table. A PlayStation 5 in the loft offers another entertainment option. Indoor heating, ceiling fans, and reliable Wi‑Fi keep the space comfortable year‑round.



Outdoor living

A private outdoor pool sits six feet deep and is heated to 85 °F from March 1 through December 31; for January and February you can add heating for $400 per reservation. The hot tub is available at all times, and the fire pit invites relaxed evenings under the stars. An outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and griddle, patio seating, bikes, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture create a versatile backyard. Private basketball and pickleball courts provide active fun just steps from the house.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. A dining table seats the whole group, and the outdoor griddle offers another cooking option when the weather permits.



Family & pet‑friendly

Thoughtful touches include a pack‑and‑play, a folding or convertible high chair, board games, baby safety gates, and fireplace guards. The home is pet‑friendly, providing a dog crate, bowls, and toys. A washer and free dryer, plus ample storage, make longer stays convenient.

Free on‑site parking and additional street parking are available. A private entrance with a smart lock enables straightforward self‑check‑in.
