Main Floor: King bedroom with a private screened porch and shared hall bath, sleeper sofa in the living room.

Great Stay! Been coming to Gatlinburg and renting cabins for over 20yrs. This was great and Management was just as good. Had a WiFi issue, phone dispatch tried to help and then had a maintenance man there the next day and had it fixed. Pics online are exact and the firepit area is bigger than what it looks like in the pics. 2 BIG pluses that make me want to come back are the screened in decks at the hot tub and off the upper bedroom. Gatlinburg isn't high enough to get away from the mosquitos and they are bad in late summer/early fall. And the TOWELS! It was finally nice to see a management company keep a decent number of towels at the property (weird, right?). Management, seclusion, and kitchen outfitting were all pluses as well (actually had a blender!)The bad. The only thing bad I can say about the rental is the same I have encountered at most other Management rentals. The bed. A lot of cabin rentals seem to use the same crap place to source their mattresses from. BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU THESE MATTRESSES SUCK! I am in Gatlinburg so hiking and walking all day, come back to have some drinks. So most the time at the cabin will be sleeping and I don't want to sleep in a hole with my feet 3' above my head. The upstairs bed was so bad we actually slept in the lower bedroom after the first night. Great cabin! I will certainly look at this one first for next year's trip. If the mattresses have been changed, we will be back!
