The host was easy to communicate with, except when the vrbo app was downThe house was clean and comfortable. Had plenty of a room for all 12 of us. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most everything we needed. A few small glitches… The big fridge would not stay cold but luckily there was another fridge that we crammed 12 people’s food in. Could’ve used a few more towels in each room as one towel and one washcloth per guest for four days was stretching it a bit, as as well as a couple more kitchen towels and dish rags so we didn’t have to do the laundry every day(there were a few extra in the spare bathrooms.) also one of the rooms did not have a remote for the TV but we didn’t spend much time watching TV anyway. The host offered to deliver one though. The hot tub was comfortable and clean and we had fun in the game room and we appreciated that the Lawn people coming and blowing everything off as there are a lot of trees around so we didn’t track in all the dirt and leaves.Overall was a very good stay, comfortable, and roomy house. Great place for family gathering or small church retreat!
