Kit's Cabin is a newly built, conveniently located cabin with a peaceful mountain view.

- Perfectly located only minutes away from the center of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, & Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
- If you want to be close to all of the attractions in the area, this is a perfect, central location.

- Shuffleboard table, full size arcade game, foosball table and a variety of board games.
- Kids tent & campfire play area.
- Private bedrooms w/ king size beds. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room.
- Private bathrooms w/custom tile showers & dual shower heads.

Walk outside and enjoy the mountain view on the gravel patio along with:
- Covered hot tub
- Charcoal grill - BYO charcoal
- Metal Chiminea for building a fire & roasting marshmallows – BYO firewood

The cabin is all one level, with easy access, & plenty of parking.
It is a corner lot so has extra parking if needed.

- Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room
- High-speed internet, so you can log into your favorite streaming services.
- Streaming services only, no cable TV, so please bring your own log ins.
- Philo TV access is provided, having 60+ channels of live TV plus movies.

The cleaners will provide some basic items to get your stay started: toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods, dish detergent, laundry pods, dryer sheets. We will also provide all bath towels & linens needed for your stay. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay.

This cabin is Dog Friendly.
- only dogs are allowed
- maximum of 2 dogs, limited to 50lb each
- we charge an overall $150 Pet Fee per stay

Guest access/Communication
We will send you all the information needed through VRBO messenger.
Directions, door code, Wi-Fi info, etc will all be sent prior to your stay and you'll have access to our digital guidebook with all necessary info.

We will respond quickly to most messages from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week. We are owner operated with normal jobs just like you, just wanting to share our home so others can enjoy as well.

House Rules/Other things to note
*By booking, you are agreeing to the terms in our Rental Agreement as well as the House Rules on VRBO. You'll be required to sign the Rental Agreement at the time of booking, and agree to the VRBO cancelation policy that is posted with the listing. We may be able to honor cancellations made within 48 hours of booking - as long as they are not within the 14 days of check in date, according to the VRBO cancellation policy.
*We do highly recommend buying TRIP INSURANCE in case any unexpected circumstances come up prior to your stay.
*No refunds will be offered for refunds for incidents that are out of our control (weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/etc).....look into the proper TRIP INSURANCE.
*With the cabin being in the mountains & only having access to satellite internet, Wi-Fi connections can be spotty and speeds can vary during certain times of the day. No refunds will be given for poor internet performance.
*We require that guests booking our cabin be at least age 21 or older.
*No parties, outside visitors, or overnight guests without prior approval from the host. There is a maximum of 6 humans allowed to stay overnight.
*Although our cabin is suitable for children, it is not child proof. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to monitor any children's actions at all times.
*This cabin is professionally cleaned after each check out. Any excess cleaning charges will be passed on to the guest.
*If any soaps or oils are used in the hot tub, causing extra cleaning after the stay, you can be charged an extra $100 cleaning fee.
*Bugs and Animals: The cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company each month, but you can still expect to see the occasional pest in and around the cabin. Some common insects that may show up during your stay: Lady Bugs, Millipedes, Scorpions, Carpenter Bees, and Wasp. There is also plenty of wildlife in the mountains of Tennessee. Do not approach or feed any wild animals. Bears are common in this area, do not leave any food in your car or outside while not attended. Make sure to lock all doors & keep all trash secured in the bear proof trash bin.
*If winter weather arises, 4WD vehicles are recommended to avoid being snowed in. If there is any snow storm expected, you should be prepared with necessary food and any other supplies.
*This cabin, like most in the area, is on mountain well water, and is treated & filtered by a professional water treatment company. There will still be an odor to the water which is why we suggest bringing bottled water to drink.
*NO PARTIES - quiet time is from 10pm-8am.
*NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABIN - Smoking of any kind including vapor and e-cigarettes is NOT permitted inside the cabin. Any extra cleaning fees due to smoking will be passed on to guest.
*A Ring security camera is located at the front of the cabin overlooking driveway & at the front door, that will capture video & audio. It is motion activated and is capable of recording and transmitting video to the owner via the Ring App. This is for security and safety reasons. These are the only cameras on the property.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Sevierville cabin is smoke free.
