The Space:

The cool mountain air greets you as you step onto the porch, and the scent of pine drifts through the open‑plan living spaces. Warm light from the indoor fireplace pools around the seating, inviting you to unwind after a day on nearby trails. The heated indoor pool glistens, promising a splash no matter the weather.



Sleeping arrangements

Five private bedrooms each have an en‑suite bathroom. Suite 1 and Suite 2 on the entry level feature a king bed and a Smart TV. Suite 3 on the third level offers a king bed and a Smart TV. Suite 4 provides a king bed, a queen bed, and a Smart TV. Suite 5 on the first level includes a queen bed, a full sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. Additional sleeping space includes four twin beds in the game room (with a full bathroom nearby) and a queen sleeper sofa in the lounge.



Indoor living

A speakeasy‑style rooftop lounge crowns the home with a wet bar, pool table, Golden Tee, poker table and lounge seating that frames mountain views. The private movie theater boasts an 85‑inch screen and Sonos surround sound for film nights. A game room holds a PS5, arcade games, foosball and board games, while a children’s playroom adds extra fun. The heated indoor pool is open year‑round, and a hot tub and fire pit sit outside for chilly evenings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen comes fully equipped for family meals, and generous dining areas keep everyone together. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi‑Fi support any work‑or‑play needs. Bedroom, laundry, baby, dog and bathroom essentials are provided, including linens, towels, baby gear, and dog gear.



Outdoor spaces

A fire pit, outdoor furniture and a patio or balcony let you breathe in fresh mountain air. Free parking, a private entrance with smart lock and an EV charger make arrival effortless.

Pet‑friendly & extras

Pets are welcome, with a crate, toys, bowls and poop bags supplied. Two laundry rooms, iron and ironing board, and a full set of bathroom amenities are on hand. Veterans receive a 5 % discount when booking through a veterans account (not valid on major holidays).



Please note: The Smith Creek Reserve is under construction; occasional noise and vehicle activity may be heard, though the home’s insulation limits disturbance. Prices reflect this work and refunds are not available.
