Our 5 day stay at this cabin worked for our family of 5. We enjoyed our time and the location was perfect! However, it would be important to note some downfalls. Upon arrival the host was very clear on how to get in and get access to the house without any problems. The house appeared clean, cozy, and tall ceilings inside. There were unfortunately many things broken such as fridge shelves, dishwasher racks, air hockey table didn’t force air, the automatic trash can didn’t work, and the hot tub cover smelled very moldy and had floaters in it. The deck was covered in pollen which maybe was out of the owners control based on the season, but there were also a ton of bumble bees which maybe indicated a nest somewhere. We also found a live cockroach just before we left.The property itself seemed mostly well maintained. Issues noted were sent to the host and he did respond in a timely manor but didn’t seem concerned about the broken items, only the moldy smelling cover which he said wasn’t moldy, but sent cleaners.Within the association there is an indoor pool and putt putt golf course. The pool is smaller than it appears and is a bit rough conditions for a public pool germaphobe. It is pretty slimey and the water is very cloudy. The putt putt golf is not marked and there was 1 golf ball and 3 putters available in the cabin. All in all we enjoyed our stay, most of our time was spent away from the house. The time spent sleeping there was comfortable.

Cabin was good for us. Gated community. Very comfortable. Great for families. Make sure you get WiFi information before you get there. No service and we struggled pulling up the information sent to us once we arrived.

This is a nice cabin & found it to be just as described in the listing. Communication was appropriate & timely. The bathrooms are small but meet the essential needs. Also there is very little storage room in the kitchen if you bring groceries. There are pots & pans but if you are cooking much you would likely need to bring a few casserole/serving dishes. The grill on the porch is very nice. The hot tub and all appliances worked well for us. The pool table, air hockey & arcade are great but the space is a little tight for playing, although a different furniture arrangement in that area would solve that issue I believe. The views are very nice and although cabins are very close, it was still quiet & peaceful. There is ample parking space. The decor is tasteful. Our cell phone coverage was very spotty but the WiFi worked well for us. The location is far enough to feel that mountain vibe but still a very reasonable drive to the main attractions. Within 10 minutes to the nearest grocery & main parkway area. The cabin is also very close to the resort provided pools & mini golf area. The biggest negative of our trip was related to the massive amount of traffic & the general difficulty in getting to and drive through the Smokey Mountain park & being able to truly enjoy nature. So many people & so many inconsiderate drivers really kind of ruin the expected experience. Definitely have to take that into consideration if you are spending money to visit and that is your primary goal.

Cleanliness of interior and exterior needs attention. Jetted tub mentioned is referencing the hot tub. Made request to stay one less night and it was never honored so we had to pay for an additional day. 4th bedroom is an upstairs common area. Other than that, very accommodating for my entire family.

Everything was as described on the page, it was perfect for our weekend at Dollywood. The only feedback I would give is to place the WiFi password/access in a visible space in the home as we had zero service and had to drive to get service and open the handbook. Otherwise, everything was great!

A few hiccups but overall good

First, our host was quick to communicate with us about the issues we had. When we arrived the cabin had not been cleaned but I messaged him and he sent someone within 15 minutes. The hot tub was not working, which was very disappointing to our 5 grandchildren. The cabin’s kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools. Our grands enjoyed the game room and the very big tv’s. Not a bad location and very quiet to be so close to so many other cabins. Our host has promised a credit since the hot tub was unavailable during our stay.

Great Summer Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with our children 16,15, and 7. The cabin is so close to all the fun things, but is still a secluded and peaceful mountain stay. Pirates Voyage was just 15 minutes away. Close to shopping and local restaurants and grocery stores. Gated community provided extra security and peace of mind. Check is was super easy. Indoor and outdoor pool nice and the cabin is just a short walk away. Putt putt by the pool was fun. Housekeeping did a great job prior to our arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Kids had fun playing air hockey and pool during down time. Televisions in every room and lots of options between streaming, dish, xfinity. Well equipped cabin. We spent lots of time on the wrap around porch in the porch swing, grilling on the gas grill, and soaking in the hot tub We were not aware that there was not a bathroom upstairs where the third bedroom is, but it all worked out. The few small concerns we had we were able to message and receive prompt reply from the host on our VRBO app. Would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful stay.

Relaxing and Quiet Retreat

Close and convenient to attractions. The kids loved the hot tub. The cabin overall was spacious and enough room for the whole family. Only downside, two of the bathrooms were quite smaller than expected. Would stay again if in the area.

Everything about this property was good but not great . Very pretty grounds . Not much to do without driving . The cabin seemed very cluttered with stuff in the cabinets and closets . Lots of Christmas decorations and random stuff behind the couch . The couch upstairs in the game was very dirty and old . Kitchen lacked quality pots pans and knifes. The hot tub looked beat up but worked. The indoor pool on the property was nice to have but dated and not very clean. Property itself was fine and everyone was happy . Just expected it to be cleaner and furniture to be updated.
