✶ Cozy Mountain Hideaway is nestled in Eagle Springs Resort located just minutes away from Soaky Mountain Waterpark.
✶ The booking guest must meet the minimum age requirement.
✶ The cabin provides a no step entry with a ramp to enter the deck. The main level provides a king bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a grab bar for the shower with a tall toilet.
✶ 50 Amp plug for EV Charger
✶ Gas fireplace (seasonal use October 1-April1)
✶ Decks on each level with patio furniture and a 5 person hot tub on the bottom level
✶ 2 bedrooms with loft/game room which is listed as living room 2 (1 King/1 King), 2 queen sleeper sofas (1 in the living room/1 in the loft/game room listed as living room 2), 2 full baths
✶ Access to shared pool/pavilion (Managed by a third party so we have no control of the maintenance days, or closing and opening. Available for use at no additional charge if open. We also do not give refunds if this amenity is closed due to the fact it's out of our control.)
✶ After a fun filled day relax in the gliders or unwind in the hot tub and enjoy the view!

✶ If you bring a pet, you will be charged an extra fee of 500.00 and will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
✶ Late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $150 USD.
If your late checkout exceeds two hours you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
✶ Be aware of bears! Do not leave trash out or feed them! Keep in mind black bears can open car doors so please do not leave open food/drinks as it attracts them.

Your cozy cabin was immaculate in every way! The bed slept great, loved the arcade games, pool table and without a doubt….the hot tub! We could not have chosen a better place to stay. My only regret is that we did not stay long enough. We will be back.

Hot tube set up is perfect- warm and ready to go, easy to get into and out of and wonderful instructions from host posted with clear understanding. The wrap around deck is stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms are ultra COZY and the bathrooms are superclean, spacious, and overfilled with towels/facecloths all ready to go. My family especially appreciated the plexiglass protection at the very lower bottom of the upper loft rail to prevent any rolling pool balls from assaulting anyone sitting below (even though we did not knock any balls off...lol). This place is perfect and we saw zero bugs which I found extremely hard to believe- inside and out. SIMPLY PERFECT AND ALL INCLUSIVE. I can tell that these owners definitely stayed here to try to understand how guests would feel. And I Thank-You!

This Sevierville cabin was amazing! Clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The deck views were stunning, and the hot tub under the stars was a highlight. It’s private and peaceful, yet just a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountains. The hosts were thoughtful and welcoming—we can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay at Cozy Mountain Hideaway. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The game loft with the pool table and retro arcade cocktail machine was a lot of fun, and the jacuzzi was a perfect way to relax after our activities. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely come back!

We LOVED our stay at this home. The location was conveniently located close to the convention center (where we attending) water parks, mountain coasters and just minutes from all the activities in Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool is a nice feature. The inside of the home was VERY clean, the beds super cozy and we loved the layout. I am obsessed with the kitchen sink and wish I had it in my own home. We enjoyed meals together, relaxing time and spent a good amount of time playing the arcade games and pool. I would highly recommend and we will be back again next year and hope to stay here again.

Home away from home

What a beautiful home! We enjoyed our long weekend in TN and wished we could’ve stayed longer so we could’ve spent more time at our cabin. It was more than we expected. We enjoyed the board games, video games (I had the second highest score on Galaga) and the pool table! Well I came in last in the pool tournament. The hot tub was fantastic! I really enjoyed sitting on the deck facing the trees watching the sunrise!!!! We will absolutely be back!!

Very clean!!! The cabin was unkept very well and it was close to the pigeon ford strip yet in a more peaceful area in the woods so you didn’t have to deal with that traffic if you didn’t want to. I would definitely come back someday!!!

Our stay at the Cozy Mountain Hideaway was amazing ! It was clean and cozy. We loved the activities and games that were available for our family to play during our stay. The Hot Tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Instructions for the cabin was easy and accessible. The cabin was fully stocked with towels, bedding, dishes, coffee etc. Location was perfect for us. Our family had a Marvelous time there !
