You will be welcomed by spacious open-plan living area with high cathedral ceiling leading to the game loft. This cozy, comfy, and convenient cabin will be home before you know it!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the whole cabin except for locked owner's closet in Bedroom #2.

The cabin is a part of the Bear Creek Crossing Resort, a highly desired gated community. As our guest, you have complete access to its amenities:
* Outdoor swimming pool and indoor heated swimming pool
* Mini golf
* Waterfall and scenic walk


HOUSE RULES

* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. You will be charged for bringing extra guests at $100/guest per night.

* Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please be respectful, friendly and treat the property as if your own home. You will be charged for any damaged inventory and/or additional cleaning fees as needed.

* No pets, smoking (of any kind) or parties on the property.

* Quiet time at the resort is from 10pm - 8am.

* No late checkouts allowed unless written text or email approval by host. Additional $150/hr fee will be charged to guest on reservation.

* If any problems arise, I am always available by messaging on the platform and have a local housekeeper who is ready to take immediate action, within reason.

* If there is an emergency, please call 911 as well as contacting me.

* Guests agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents they may incur. Guests agree to waive any claim whatsoever against host for accidents.

* Our cabin is not "child/baby-proofed." All children must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety.

* Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not responsible for items left behind, and forgotten items may not be returned.

GENERAL

* Bears have been spotted near the cabin. Be extra cautious and not to feed the bears and make sure you lock your vehicles, close the bear-proof trash bin completely and not to leave food out.

* We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you would need to cancel your trip outside of the free cancellation window.

* Cabin has fiber optic wifi from Xfinity but since it is in mountains, the internet can be inconsistent, especially with strong wind. You can surf the internet well and can stream live on one device but connecting multiple devices may not work well.

* Limited toiletries are provided.

* Bugs and pests are very common in the mountain. It is quite common for cluster flies and ladybugs to show up in mass at certain times of the year. While the cabin receives monthly pest control, there is still a possibility that guests may see the occasional bugs or spiders. Keeping windows and doors closed as much as possible will limit their entry into the cabin.

* Cabin owners are not responsible for maintenance of resort amenities such as pools and mini golf course.

This cabin offers its guests an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. The family-friendly cabin also features an arcade/game room and laundry facilities.
