ABOUT THIS SPACE
Happy Trails Cabin is conveniently located in the scenic Wears Valley area and nestled in the peaceful Wonderland Woods neighborhood. A short drive to the Great Smokey Mountains National Park and centrally located between all major tourist cities of Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, downtown Gatlinburg and Townsend. Enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the rustic wooded mountain view surrounded by lush trees from our large back deck while birds sing you a tune. Enjoy the large front porch with custom wood carvings and relax in one of the wooden rocking chairs. Newly remodeled modern cabin is the perfect getaway for your family vacation or weekend with friends. After a fun filled day on the town or exploring the mountains, relax and unwind watching the sunset in the 5 person hot tub and enjoy a beautiful mountain view of Little Round Top. Head over to the game room and check out the Classic Arcade with OVER 400 GAMES to choose from. The game room is used as a 3rd bedroom. The kitchen is a show piece! It has a large center island with granite countertops offering plenty of space for cooking your favorite meal. This cabin has a large circular driveway providing plenty of parking and easy access getting in and out year round for all vehicles. This three bedroom two bathroom cabin has an additional bonus room to sleep an extra guest which is accessible through the master bedroom.

THE SPACE
One level:

This uniquely designed cabin sleeps up to 6-(8 people max) comfortably.

First bedroom- King bed, Smart TV , dresser, closet is in the adjoined bathroom. Jetted tub, separate glass door shower, double vanity, double sinks with mirrors. Bathroom has dual access from bedroom and living room

Second bedroom- Queen bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, adjoined bathroom, single sink, shower and tub combo.

3rd bedroom/game room- Twin over double bunk bed, dresser, 3 cushion couch, classic arcade 400 games, foosball, mounted telescoping smart led TV , ceiling fan, personal air conditioning and heater. Access through second bedroom or back deck.

Bonus room attached through the master has a single day bed. Personal air conditioning and heater unit.

Living room- Two leather lazy boy sofas with electric recliners, 65’ Smart LED TV offering free Samsung TV and movies. The TV's in the living room master bedroom and game room are all smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO passwords for your favorite movie apps. Living room has wall to wall hardwood floors; high ceilings with accent wooden beams and a large ceiling fan, shoe and coat rack, board games, and a stacked stone gas log fireplace. (not available during summer months)

Spacious kitchen area- Large center island with granite counter top, essential appliances. Eg: Coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, crockpot, pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils etc..

Outside: Features Front porch, Back deck, Large yard, BBQ Grill, Hot Tub, Rocking chairs, Cushion chairs, 1 Sun lounger chair.

Laundry room-Washer, dryer, iron and board

ITEMS TO NOTE:

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 laundry detergent packet, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 single use coffee packets, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guest e.g. charcoal etc.

Internet: We have WI-FI set up at the cabin (1200Mbps)

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. The family-friendly cabin also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
