Perfection on the River

Perfect stay we enjoyed every part of this property the mesmerizing river put a spell on us and we cannot wait to make another trip it was very private clean and beautiful the river was amazing and we have stayed at a lot of cabins.

Great cabin next to the river rapids. Just very soothing to hear the water flowing. Very secluded yet just a short drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We visited the aquarium and the Titanic attractions. Both were enjoyable, the Titanic was sad but interesting to read the stories about the ship and its passengers. Mel’s Diner and Margaritaville both hat friendly staff and good food. Colonial Property Management was very easy and helpful to work with.

Cannot say enough good things about this property. It is more than we hoped for when we decided on a last minute, weekend reset. Very clean, beautiful decor, everything we needed. The view is amazing and one of our favorite parts was the sound of the river from our bedroom as we slept with the screened windows open. The hot tub and the views were an added bonus. We so enjoyed coffee on the deck and our last morning there we were blessed to have a bald eagle join us in a tree next to the porch. We will certainly be returning!
