The cabin is beautiful and modestly decorated. Three levels, five bedrooms with a bathroom in each bedroom was a plus as we traveled as couples. The bottom level has two bedroom/bathrooms. It is also a very nice social area/game room with a wet bar (BYOB), tv, and fireplace. Neither one of the two fireplaces heat up, they only light up. The main/entrance level is where the master bedroom is located, and the third level has a nice loft and two additional bedrooms/bathrooms. The cabin is located about 15 minutes off the main road, and although there are no steep inclines, the road is very curvy and very narrow. It’s also very very dark if traveling at night. It’s my suggestion to arrive during the daylight so you can become familiar with the drive to and from the cabin. The cabin also has a beautiful wrap around deck which you can accessed from different areas of the cabin. The cabin is lovely, but there are couple things to mention. First, there are only two small pots to cook with and two large fryer pans. Make sure you bring a large pot or two if you’re planning to prepare meals. Secondly, the kitchen has plenty of roaches, big, medium, and baby roaches. They were crawling on the stove, countertops, and in the dishwasher! We had to make sure to put everything away after eating and close up the trash can. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
