• The twin mattresses in the loft are placed directly on the floor; please note the log-style ladder for this compact space.

• The driveway is flat and paved with parking for up to 3 vehicles (room for a trailer).

• Resort quiet hours are between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

• Road parking is not allowed.

• To use the resort's exercise equipment, sauna, and steam room, guests must be at least 18 years of age.

• Community pool and amenity access are provided and managed through a third party. Host is not liable for availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances.
